Eric Meier


Eric Meier brings over 25 years of experience in the development of innovative solutions for the healthcare industry, spanning software, medical devices, and drug delivery. Prior to Owl Insights, Eric served as CEO of Cervel Neurotech, a non-invasive deep brain stimulation offering for the treatment of psychiatric and neurological disorders, until its sale to Rio Grande Neuroscience. Previously, he was founder and CEO of Calypso Medical, a platform for the delivery of targeted external beam radiation treatment, which was acquired by Varian Medical Systems. He also worked at Johnson & Johnson, where he led a variety of equity and licensing transactions. Eric received his MBA from Stanford University.

Corey Fagan, PhD

Co-Founder & Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Fagan is Owl Insights’ Co-Founder, Chief Clinical Officer and Chair of the Board. She holds a PhD in clinical psychology and has served as both a practicing psychologist and a behavioral health administrator for the past 27 years. She directs the University of Washington’s (UW) Psychological Services and Training Center. A leader in the area of patient reported outcomes and measurement based care, she understands first hand what behavioral health clinicians and administrators need in order to improve the delivery of behavioral health care services.

Todd Lowdon


Todd Lowdon brings significant SaaS and subscription information services experience to Owl Insights. Formerly EVP of Strategy and Product Marketing at publicly traded InfoGroup, SVP and GM of ALM Market Intelligence & Analytics unit and VP and Managing Director at LexisNexis, his career also includes executive roles at Netscape/AOL and a management consultancy at Bain & Company. He holds an MBA from Stanford University.
